The Live AI Tool Audit toolkit for charter school teams.
This is a charter-school resource built and maintained by Charter Technology Solutions. Two ways in:
workshop attendees got a shared password in the room (rotates quarterly);
everyone else can request a year of access by email. Annual-access requests are reviewed manually — usually within 24 hours — so the audience stays inside the charter community. We don't sell or trade emails.
Path A · Workshop attendee
I have the workshop password.
You heard a code in the room at NCSC26. Type it below. Your access lasts 90 days, then rotates.
Forgot it? Use Path B — you'll get a longer-lived link.
Path B · Annual access
Request a one-year link.
Drop your email + a few details so Joe can review the request. Approved submitters get an access link by email — usually within 24 hours — that unlocks the toolkit for 365 days. Including your school helps the review move faster.
We store identity + visit metadata only. We don't keep a copy of any audit you run inside the tool.
What's behind the gate
The five questions, the toolkit, the landscape.
The audit form. Paste any vendor agreement, DPA, or AI-feature addendum; the tool builds a structured prompt for your school's enterprise AI.
The common-app picker. Twenty AI vendors already audited — ChatGPT Edu, M365 Copilot, MagicSchool, Khanmigo, Brisk, Gemini for Workspace, and more. Click any tile, the verbatim quotes from that vendor's live policy load as substrate.
The scored landscape. 1–5 rubric across the five questions, with state filters for Texas, New York, California, and Illinois.
The print view. Single-page reference card for facilitators and school leaders.
